Illuminators and Replacement Parts

The VetVu 1205 Metal Halide Combination Unit is designed to provide brilliant illumination utilizing a metal halide lighting system. This unit also provides an integral air supply that is separately controlled and provides continuously available insufflation for gastrointestinal endoscopy. The light intesity is controlled by an adjustible lever at the side of the lighting port.

The 1205 is a video converter that takes the analog signal from the VetVu Videoscope and digitizes it for digital recording and/or storage.

The illuminator must not be used in the presence of volatile gases such as flammable anesthetics.

The VetVu 1185U Illuminator provides brilliant Halogen illumination for endoscopic examinations. The integral air supply in the 1185U is separately controlled and provides continuously available insufflation for gastrointestinal endoscopy. It has a light intensity control knob that offers 3 intensity settings. The air-connection on the 1185U is designed to accept 1/8" inside diameter tubing on a male luer fitting.

The illuminator is shipped set for the proper voltage for your country. The illuminator must not be used in the presence of volatile gases such as flammable anesthetics.
